Now an interstate agent for Bekins Van Lines, Inc., Manassas Transfer earned the 2021 Spire Quality Award from the van line, recognizing the high standards we reach time and again for our customers. The Spire program is designed to recognize moving companies in the Bekins network that offer quality experiences to those using their services. It combines customer feedback and other Service Excellence performance metrics with data throughout the moving process to determine whether the agent has met the high-quality criteria.
Customer satisfaction is imperative for service companies like ours that earn much of our new business through referrals. We survey customers after their moves and reward agents who earn high marks with the annual Bekins Spire award. We’re proud that we treated people so well in 2021 that we achieved this distinction of quality.
